结合津湾广场一期E标段工程,在聚羧酸外加剂冬期施工中,恰当选取试验方法,考虑不同混凝土配合比对混凝土工作性的影响以及不同养护条件对混凝土抗压强度的影响。经过数据分析,优选了聚羧酸的最佳掺量,并应用于工程中,取得了良好的经济效果。结果表明:复合型聚羧酸外加剂不仅能提高混凝土的力学性能,而且能提供简便易行的施工工艺。
Combined with the first stage E Jinwan Plaza project, in the polycarboxylate admixture winter construction, the appropriate selection of test methods to consider the impact of different concrete mix on the workability of concrete and different curing conditions on the compressive strength of concrete. After data analysis, the optimal dosage of polycarboxylic acid is optimized and applied to the project, which has achieved good economic results. The results show that the composite polycarboxylate additive can not only improve the mechanical properties of concrete, but also provide a simple and easy construction process.
