目的探讨中药消渴方联合西药治疗2型糖尿病的疗效,为进一步开展中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病提供科学依据。方法选择符合上述试验病例标准的病例300例,随机分为治疗组及对照组。两组患者均接受西医基础治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用中药消渴方加减治疗。对照组在西医治疗的基础上加用中药安慰剂治疗。结果治疗组治疗后疗效评定及主要症状缓解情况均优于对照组。(P<0.05)结论在西医治疗的基础上,加用中药治疗2型糖尿病有更好的疗效。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Chinese medicine Xiaoke Recipe combined with western medicine in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to provide scientific evidence for further developing type 2 diabetes mellitus with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods A total of 300 cases meeting the above criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups of patients received basic western medicine treatment, and the treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine and Xiaoke Fang on the basis of western medicine treatment. The control group on the basis of Western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine placebo treatment. Results After treatment, the curative effect and the relief of the main symptoms in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. (P <0.05) Conclusions On the basis of western medicine treatment, it is better to add Chinese medicine to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus.
