用棕壤进行的模拟、盆栽和田间试验的结果表明:1.氢醌对土壤脲酶活性的抑制率随其用量的增多而增大;脲酶活性得以恢复的时间随氢醌用量的减少而缩短。2.适当用量的氢醌能提高春小麦对于尿素氮的利用率和减少尿素氮的气态损失。3.将适当用量的氢醌与尿素于播种前一同施入土中,能显著地提高玉米产量并省去追施氮肥的工序。4.在施有氢醌的处理,不曾发现在土壤、小麦茎秆和籽实中有氢醌的累积。
The results of brown soil simulation, pot experiment and field experiment showed that: 1. The inhibitory rate of hydroquinone on soil urease activity increased with the increase of soil urease activity; the recovery time of urease activity shortened with the decrease of the amount of hydroquinone. 2. The proper amount of hydroquinone can improve the utilization rate of urea nitrogen and reduce the gaseous loss of urea nitrogen in spring wheat. 3. Appropriate amount of hydroquinone and urea in the soil together before sowing, can significantly increase the yield of corn and save the process of topdressing nitrogen fertilizer. 4. No hydroquinone accumulation was observed in soil, wheat stalks and seeds in the presence of hydroquinone.
