2003年10月23日,“秦山三期核电站工程全面建成庆祝大会”在浙江秦山召开。中华人民共和国国务院副总理曾培炎与加拿大总理约瑟夫·让·克雷蒂安出席庆祝大会并致词。秦山三期核电站是迄今为止中加两国间最大的合作项目,它的建成是两国经贸合作史上的重要里程碑。经过双方共同努力,项目建设取得圆满成功,工程技术实现新的突破。去年年底和今年7月,两台机组先后投入商业运行,为缓解我国华东地区电力紧张状况发挥了积极作用。本文为加拿大总理约瑟夫·让·克雷蒂安在庆祝大会上的致词,标题为编者所加。
October 23, 2003, “Qinshan Phase III nuclear power plant project fully completed celebration ” held in Qianshan, Zhejiang. Zeng Peiyan, Vice Premier of the People’s Republic of China, and Joseph Jean Chretien, Prime Minister of Canada, attended the celebration and delivered speeches. The third phase of Qinshan Nuclear Power Station is by far the largest cooperation project between China and Canada, and its completion is an important milestone in the history of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. Through the joint efforts of both parties, the project construction has achieved complete success and engineering technology has achieved a new breakthrough. The end of last year and July of this year, two units have put into commercial operation, in order to ease the electricity shortage in East China has played an active role. This is a speech by Canadian Prime Minister Joseph Jean Chretien at the celebration of the conference, titled Editor’s Note.
