FIP极限集邮评审专用规则第三条第三款规定:“邮戳上的图案和地名(邮局名称)应与邮票及图画明信片上的题材和主题有密切和直接的联系。”FIP极限集邮评审专用规则实旌细则第三条第一款规定,如几个国家的邮票表现的是同一题材,极限明信片最好使用题材所属国邮票。但若出现另一种情况,举例来讲,邮票所表现的题材是座落在另一个国家的纪念物,那么极限明信片上盖销戳应是在该纪念物所属国地举办国际邮票展览时由该邮票发行国所设临时邮局盖销的,此种极限明信片方可视为有效。
