成功地制备出了SiC颗粒增强铝合金基梯度复合材料。对该材料的微观组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:挤压成形中产生的强烈压应力能够消除梯度层间界面,利用塑性成形中的不均匀变形可以控制材料的梯度分布;材料的宏观力学性能不仅与各组份材料的基本物性指标有关,而且与材料的梯度分布方式有关。
Successfully prepared SiC particle reinforced aluminum alloy gradient composites. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the material were studied. The results show that the strong compressive stress generated in the extrusion process can eliminate the interface between the gradient layers and the gradient distribution of the material can be controlled by the non-uniform deformation in the plastic forming. The macroscopic mechanical properties of the material are not only related to the basic physical properties of the materials , But also with the material gradient distribution.
