倍受大西南各族人民关注的红水河碍航闸坝复航问题,近日获悉佳音:国家计委将与有关部门进一步协调后抓紧组织实施。 红水河是珠江水系的重要干流,大西南水运出海通道。但由于梯级建设的同时未能同步建设过船设施,致使水路不通,使红水河流域资源优势不能转变为经济优势,制约了沿江地区数百万少数民族脱贫致富步伐。 为使包括红水河在内的“两江一河”复航,交通部及其派驻机构——珠江航务管理局及地方各级人民政府交通部门的努力,复航工作卓有成效。
