本文采用人口系统研究方法，以ＴＵＲＢＯＢＡＳＩＣ开发了一个县级人口系统规划研究通用的软件。该软件包括人口的复杂预测和人口优化，其中人口的复杂预测又包括人口预测（利用宋健模型）和用线性回归预测一些指标（采用一部分林德金模型）。它被应用到盐亭县人口系统规划研究中获得相当满意的结果。
In this paper, a population system research method was used to develop a general software for the county-level population system planning study with TURBOBASIC. The software includes complex population projections and population optimization, where the complex population projections include population projections (using the Song Jian model) and use linear regression to predict some indicators (using a part of the Lindkin model). It was applied to Yanting County’s population system planning study and obtained quite satisfactory results.
