如何减轻中小学生过重的课业负担,这不仅仅是当前教育界的一大热门话题,也已引起了全社会的普遍关注。1988年,国家教委发布了《关于减轻小学生课业负担过重问题的若干规定》;1994年,国家教委又发布了《关于全面贯彻教育方针,减轻中小学生过重课业负担的意见》。这些文件都指出了过重课业负担的表现及所造成的危害,并指明了解决的具体措施和规定。
How to reduce the overburden of schoolwork for primary and middle school students is not only a hot topic in the current education sector, but has also aroused widespread concern in the society as a whole. In 1988, the State Education Commission issued “Some Provisions on Relieving Pupils’ Overburdened Schoolwork”. In 1994, the State Education Commission issued the “Opinions on Implementing the Education Policy in an All-round Way to Relieve the Burden of Overloaded Schoolwork among Primary and Secondary School Students”. These documents all point out the performance of overburdened schoolwork and the damages caused, and indicate the specific measures and regulations for settlement.
