目的建立纸质食品包装材料中荧光增白剂(FWAs)快速筛选的荧光分光光度测定方法。方法以C.I.220为定量标准,试样用重蒸无水乙醇-水(1∶4,V/V)经三次超声提取,提取液在激发波长为350 nm和发射波长为430 nm条件下用荧光分光光度仪测定。结果 C.I.220在12.5~400 ng/ml范围内呈良好的线性相关(r=0.999 7),3个添加浓度水平(1.5、2.5和6.0μg/g)的平均回收率为84.4%~90.9%,定量限为1.2μg/g。结论该方法简便、灵敏和准确,适合纸质食品包装材料中FWAs的快速筛选检测要求。
Objective To establish a fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the rapid screening of fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs) in paper food packaging materials. Methods CI220 was used as a quantitative standard. The sample was extracted with three times of ultrasonic with distilled water and ethanol (1: 4, V / V). The extraction solution was eluted with fluorescence at excitation wavelength of 350 nm and emission wavelength of 430 nm. Spectrophotometric determination. Results The linearity of CI220 was in the range of 12.5-400 ng / ml (r = 0.999 7). The average recovery of CI220 was 84.4% -90.9% at three concentrations (1.5, 2.5 and 6.0 μg / g) The limit of quantification was 1.2 μg / g. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the rapid screening test of FWAs in paper food packaging materials.
