该文回顾了长春应化所2011-2016年修购专项的总体情况,认为通过修购专项的连续支持,研究所的仪器设备条件得到改善,科技创新能力不断提高。同时,针对修购专项工作存在的一些问题提出了建议。 This article reviews the overall situation of Changchun Yinghua Research Institute from 2011 to 2016, and holds that the institutes’ equipment and facilities have been improved and the capability of scientific and technological innovation has been continuously improved through continuous purchase of special projects.
