对于卵巢癌曾经大力提倡自体末梢血干细胞移植与大剂量化疗联合,以此进行以提高奏效率和生存率为目的的研究。尽管提高奏效率的目的已经达到,但目前在生存率方面尚有许多不明之处而无法期待改善其预后。作者等的经验是,不管多大剂量的抗癌药物对较大的肿瘤也只能获得暂时的疗效
For ovarian cancer has strongly advocated autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation and high-dose chemotherapy in order to improve the efficiency and survival rate for the purpose of the study.
