随着融资租赁行业快速发展,融资租赁公司开始进入一个高速发展的时代。融资租赁公司面临的不仅仅是简单的业务技能和管理水平的提升,而是要借助先进的战略绩效管理体系和工具来进行竞争力的全面提升。本文通过对战略与绩效考核关系的探索和研究,提出相关的理论和方法,希望对融资租赁企业的绩效管理起到一定的借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of the financial leasing industry, financial leasing companies have begun to enter a rapidly developing era. Financial leasing companies are faced with not only simple business skills and management level of improvement, but to use advanced strategic performance management system and tools to carry out an overall increase in competitiveness. Through the exploration and research on the relationship between strategy and performance appraisal, this paper puts forward the relevant theories and methods, hoping to draw lessons from the performance management of the finance lease enterprises.
