应用彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)探测45例三硝基甲苯(TNT)白内障患者眼部血管,发现TNT白内障患者眼动脉(OA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)降低,阻力指数(RI)升高。提示TNT白内障患者存在眼前节组织血供不足。
The ocular blood vessels of 45 patients with TNT cataract were detected by color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI). The systolic peak blood flow velocity (PSV) of ocular artery (OA) and central retinal artery (CRA) ), Decreased end-diastolic blood flow velocity (EDV) and increased resistance index (RI). Tip of TNT cataract patients with anterior segment tissue hypothyroidism.
