通过调查了解学生原来的电子技能操作水平,将单招电子班学生分成若干个异质学习小组,充分利用协作训练的优势。每个组员都担当一定的角色,教师只是协作训练的组织者和观察者。强调学生的参与作用,将小组训练与个体训练相结合,真正体现了学生是教学的主体。对学生创新精神的培养、协作意识的养成、实践能力的提高有重要的意义。
Through the survey to understand the students’ original electronic skills operation level, the single-enrollment e-learning students are divided into several heterogeneous learning groups to make full use of the advantages of collaborative training. Each team member has a role to play, and the teacher is just the organizer and observer of the team training. Emphasize the participation of students, the combination of group training and individual training, the true manifestation of the student is the main teaching. It is of great significance to cultivate students’ innovative spirit, develop their awareness of collaboration and improve their practical abilities.
