就读职校的学生大多是在初中阶段学习成绩较差,守纪意识淡薄的孩子。进入职校后他们中的大部分仍然学习目标不明确,学习积极性不高,无事生非的现象时有发生。本文撇开学生方面的因素,试着从管理者自身言行方面来阐述看法。 Most of the students attending vocational schools are those with poor academic performance and poor discipline in junior high school. After entering vocational school, most of them still study the goal is not clear, learning enthusiasm is not high, from time to time phenomena have occurred. This article, leaving aside the student-related factors, tries to explain the views of managers in their own words and deeds.
