牵引传动装置齿轮现有强化方法的概述齿轮整体热处理(调质处理) 轮齿的强化方法无论是从其特点还是按其所导致的结果来说,都是彼此不相同的。在卢布林和阿斯特拉罕工厂,当用12X2H4A、37XH3A、30XH3A、45XH、45X、50X号钢制造内燃机车、电力机车和摩托车组的齿轮时,采用整体热处理(调质)。按照这种方法,从动齿轮在粗铣以后要加热到860—880℃在油中淬火,而后齿轮加热到温度为500—540℃进行高温回火,最后,在静止的空气中冷却。淬火及回火(调质)以后得到的硬度在H_B302—269(H_R 31—27)的范围内。硬度是在夹角互为120°的三个轮齿的端面上测量的。
