以非金属CaSO4作为氧载体,在固定床反应器上,研究了CaSO4与CO/空气在950℃下的循环反应性。在反应过程中记录分析反应后生成的尾气成分,收集反应后的固体并进行了XRD、FSEM等表征分析,得出结论:950℃时CaSO4与CO还原反应阶段主要生成CaS,只生成极少量的CaO,并且没有出现碳沉积现象;SO2气体主要是在氧化反应初始阶段生成的,当氧气体积浓度为4%时,SO2体积浓度最高可达到0.5%。表征分析表明,CaSO4具有很好的机械性能、抗团聚和抗烧结能力,但持续循环能力不强。
The cyclic reactivity of CaSO4 with CO / air at 950 ℃ was investigated on a fixed bed reactor using non-metallic CaSO4 as the oxygen carrier. During the course of the reaction, the tail gas components generated after the reaction were recorded, the solid was collected and characterized by XRD, FSEM and so on. It was concluded that CaS mainly formed during the reduction reaction of CaSO4 and CO at 950 ℃, CaO, and there is no carbon deposition; SO2 gas is mainly generated in the initial stage of the oxidation reaction. When the oxygen concentration is 4%, the volume concentration of SO2 can reach 0.5%. Characterization analysis showed that CaSO4 has good mechanical properties, anti-agglomeration and anti-sintering ability, but the ability of continuous circulation is not strong.
