会展旅游一体化之弊成熟的会展旅游市场,是由政府来指导,而由专业的公司来具体运作的。但综观国内诸多会展旅游城市,当地政府因为考虑到会展旅游业有助于扩大城市影响力、提升城市功能,所以对“主导”往往表现得乐此不疲。当然,会展旅游活动“官办”,是有其历史原因的:中国目前与会展旅游活动相关的专业公司并不专业,尚显稚嫩。无力推动一个区域、一个行业的发展,从这个角度看,政府也多少有一些“不得已而为之”的必然。然而,不可否认的是,也有相当一部分会展旅游活动的政府部门组织者将活动当成了政绩工程、面子工程,似乎不将活动弄
