目的:探讨食管癌病人术前自我管理现状,以及影响因素,为提高患者自我管理水平提供参考。方法:对97例术前食管癌患者进行问卷调查,了解食管癌患者术前自我管理情况,分析相关因素。结果:食管癌患者术前总条目平均得分为(48.12±6.73)分,得分指标为69.7%,得分情况由高到低为治疗管理、饮食管理、生活习惯管理和心理管理。其中,心理管理和生活习惯管理得分较低,分别为57.8%和58.1%;影响因素包括年龄、性别、是否医保、收入、文化程度。结论:治疗过程应当注意患者的自我管理,加强管理教育,以提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the status of preoperative self-management of esophageal cancer patients and its influencing factors, and to provide reference for improving self-management of patients. Methods: 97 cases of preoperative esophageal cancer patients were surveyed to understand the self-management of esophageal cancer patients before surgery, analysis of related factors. Results: The average score of total preoperative items in esophageal cancer patients was (48.12 ± 6.73) points and the score was 69.7%. The score was from high to low for the treatment management, diet management, lifestyle management and psychological management. Among them, the scores of psychological management and lifestyle management were lower, accounting for 57.8% and 58.1% respectively; the influencing factors included age, gender, medical insurance, income and education level. Conclusion: The course of treatment should pay attention to patient self-management, strengthen management education, in order to improve the quality of life of patients.
