本文以湖南省为例,实证分析了外商直接投资和进出口贸易对区域经济增长的影响。研究发现,外商直接投资、进出口贸易与经济增长之间存在着密切的联系,外商直接投资和出口对湖南经济增长有着正向影响,且外商直接投资拉动出口的效应比拉动进口的效应要大。本文同时发现,外商直接投资、进出口贸易对经济增长的短期效应比长期效应更加明显。对此,提出了新阶段推动湖南外向型经济发展来实现区域经济增长的策略,即着力培育湖南新的出口增长点、进一步强化政府在外向型经济中的引导作用和企业的主导作用发挥,同时,要树立世界眼光,找准定位,明确外向型经济发展战略,借以提高外向型经济对湖南经济增长的拉动力。 Taking Hunan Province as an example, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of foreign direct investment and import and export trade on regional economic growth. The study finds that there is a close relationship between foreign direct investment, import and export trade and economic growth. Foreign direct investment and export have a positive impact on Hunan’s economic growth. And the effect of FDI on exports is greater than that on imports . The paper also finds that the short-run effect of foreign direct investment and import-export trade on economic growth is more obvious than the long-term effect. In this regard, a strategy of promoting the development of an export-oriented economy in Hunan in the new phase is proposed, namely, efforts should be made to cultivate a new export growth point in Hunan, to further strengthen the leading role of the government in the export-oriented economy and to play a leading role in the enterprise, meanwhile , It is necessary to establish a global vision, pinpoint its position and clarify the strategy of outward-oriented economic development so as to enhance the driving force of the outward-oriented economy on Hunan’s economic growth.
