1 前言《压力容器缺陷评定规范》应用于在役压力容器,是卓有成效的,该《规范》不仅为许多不必要修复缺陷的存在提供了科学的依据,节省了大量的人力、物力和财力,而且又确保了生产安全。现今对压力容器缺陷评定基本上都是由人工计算完成的,一台存在多个超标缺陷的压力容器,计算量是十分大的,占用了评定人员的大量时间。随着电子计算机技术的发展,为缩短计算时间,减轻人工计算量,提供了现实的可能性。本文根据《压力容器缺陷评定规范》的内容及要求,编制了应用计算程序,不仅为人工评定每条缺陷节省了约98%的时间,而且得到了符合《规范》要求的结果。
1 Preface The “pressure vessel defect assessment norms” applied to the in-service pressure vessel is fruitful, the “norms” not only provides a scientific basis for the existence of many unnecessary repair defects, saving a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, and And to ensure the safety of production. Nowadays, the evaluation of pressure vessel defects is basically done by manual calculation. A pressure vessel with many over-standard flaws has a huge amount of calculation and occupies a lot of time of assessors. With the development of electronic computer technology, it provides a realistic possibility to shorten the calculation time and reduce the manual calculation. According to the content and requirements of “Pressure Vessel Defect Assessment Specifications”, this paper has developed an application calculation program, which not only saves about 98% of the time of each defect manually, but also obtains the result that conforms to the requirement of “the specification”.
