作业是教学的基本环节之一,是教师课堂教学效果的反馈,是课堂教学的延续,精心设计的作业不仅可以加深学生对基础知识的理解,而且有助于形成熟练的技能,发展学生的思维能力。然而在现实教学中,作业的针对性、实效性较差,未能发挥其积极作用。为了减轻学生负担和提高作业的效果,教师应在平时教学中对作业进行优化设计,主要介绍了优化作业遵循的原则和实施的策略,并作出了具体的分析和示例。
Homework is one of the basic aspects of teaching. It is a feedback of teachers’ classroom teaching effect and is a continuation of classroom teaching. Well-designed homework can not only deepen students’ understanding of basic knowledge, but also help to form skilled skills and develop students’ thinking ability. However, in the real teaching, the work is targeted, the effectiveness is poor, failed to play its positive role. In order to reduce the burden of students and improve the effectiveness of homework, teachers should optimize the design of homework during normal teaching. It mainly introduces the principle and strategy of optimizing homework, and gives concrete analysis and examples.
