互联网技术的出现为贩枪犯罪提供了新的平台,加工制造业、现代物流业的发展为网络贩枪犯罪提供了便利。近年来,网络贩枪犯罪持续高发,其犯罪社群已呈现出独特的组织特征与行动特征,公安机关应创新侦查方法,建立侦查协作机制,加强网络阵地控制,主动挖掘线索,利用大数据技术进行情报研判,并充分发挥“电子证据+”的作用,实现精准打击,集中治理,切实维护社会秩序与人民群众的生命财产安全。
