16 SJ 109J矩形屏示波管是我厂1981年定型的新产品。该管的最大优点是工作面积大,管子长度短。与工作面积相同的16 SJ 101J管相比长度短130毫米,为显示器件的小型化提供了一个新的管种。该管采用了新材料和先进工艺,使管子的性能有了较大的提高。具有屏内刻度,线条清晰,灵敏度高,阴极功耗低,寿命长,启动时间快(小于5秒)等特点。特别适用于小型便携式示波器或探伤仪。小型便携式显示器件具有10×8厘米~2
