人性化服务是目前图书馆发展的主要方向和必然趋势,可现阶段我国图书馆在建设过程中只注重设备以及技术的创新,却很少对读者服务方面的建设进行关注,人本服务理念欠缺,加上人文关怀不足,使得我国图书馆,尤其是少儿阅览室出现了种种不良的现象(如服务对象细分不够、交流界面趣味化不浓、活动方式开放性不强等),工作重心本末倒置,直接影响了图书馆少儿阅览室的建设。所以,坚持以人为本的服务理念,对于少儿阅览室功能的发挥具有重要的意义和作用。
