目的 建立囊胚培养系统以提高人胚胎的种植率。方法 进行了 12个治疗周期的囊胚培养 ,在受精后进行胚胎体外培养至第 5天 ,达囊胚期后移植。结果 共取卵 177只 ,受精率6 7% ,囊胚形成率为 42 % ,囊胚种植率为 14% ,并获 3例临床妊娠。结论 囊胚培养为进一步提高临床成功率和开展种植前遗传学诊断创造条件 ,具有十分重要的应用前景。
Objective To establish a blastocyst culture system to improve the implantation rate of human embryos. Methods The blastocyst culture of 12 treatment cycles was performed. After in vitro fertilization, the embryos were cultured in vitro until day 5 and reached the blastocyst stage. Results A total of 177 eggs were obtained, the fertilization rate was 67%, the blastocyst formation rate was 42%, the blastocyst implantation rate was 14%, and 3 clinical pregnancies were obtained. Conclusion The blastocyst culture has very important application prospects for further improving the clinical success rate and pre-planting genetic diagnosis.
