国家经贸秘书长侯云春最近提出,企业的大型化和小型化,是当今世界企业发展中两个并行不悖的趋势。加快形成大中小企业合理分工、有机联系、协调发展的格局,是我们加入世贸组织后的重要应对之策。 侯云春提出,科学技术的发展进一步促进了专业化分工与协作,使企业的发展出现了两种明显的趋热:一种是企业的大型化和巨型化。近年来,大企业的并购活动越来越频繁,并购的规模越来越大。
Hou Yunchun, secretary general of the state economy, recently proposed that large-scale and small-scale enterprises are two parallel trends in the development of enterprises in today's world. To speed up the formation of a pattern of rational division of labor, organic links and coordinated development among large, medium and small-sized enterprises is an important response to our WTO accession. Hou Yunchun proposed that the development of science and technology further promoted the specialization of labor and cooperation so that the development of enterprises appeared in two obvious trends: one is the large-scale and giant enterprises. In recent years, mergers and acquisitions activities of large enterprises are more and more frequent, the scale of mergers and acquisitions is getting bigger and bigger.
