在我国行政事业单位中,专项资金主要是指行政事业单位为了能够完成特定的工作、任务,向上级财政部门申请的专门款项。随着我国经济建设发展速度的加快,国家经济得到大幅提升,财政收入不断增加,国家对行政事业单位的资金投入也在不断增加。但是,我们在看到行政事业单位专项资金投入取得一定成效的同时还必须看到在专项资金的管理、使用等方面存在着诸多问题。这些问题导致我国行政事业单位中各种资金浪费现象明显、贪污舞弊问题频出。因此,本文将就我国行政事业单位的专项资金管理问题进行深入剖析,并提出有效的解决策略。
Among the administrative units in China, the special funds mainly refer to the special funds that the administrative institutions apply to the financial departments at higher levels in order to be able to complete certain tasks and tasks.
