直接债务融资是企业通过资本市场进行筹融资的重要手段,具有“融资规模大、融资成本低、使用期限长”等特点,直接债务融资能够直接投资于企业生产经营,通过资金直供方式,投融资双方具有较多的选择自由,有利于激活实体经济,抵御金融风险。如何进一步完善直接融资引导机制,促进企业转变融资观念,继续挖掘直接债务融资工具潜力,推动其取得跨越式发展成为迫切需要解决的问题。
