在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,人力资源已经成为企业间竞争的核心项目,而人才招聘作为企业吸纳高质量人才重要途径,是企业人力资源管理活动的重要组成内容。招聘活动质量影响着企业生存和发展,本文从招聘过程中各项问题进行分析,指出企业人才招聘工作存在的缺陷,有针对性地提出相关措施,为提高企业人才招聘工作质量提供相关参考。
In an increasingly competitive market today, human resources have become the core competition among enterprises, and talent recruitment as an important way for enterprises to attract high-quality talent is an important component of human resources management activities.
