在２０００年１月１４日召开的内蒙古自治区农机化工作会议上，自治区农机局赵淑华副局长作了题为“抢抓机遇、争做贡献、再创辉煌”的讲话，回顾了１９９９年自治区农业机械化工作取得的显著成绩，要求全区农机战线的广大干部职工认清形势，把握机遇，积极推进自治区农机化事业的发展。现就讲话中确定的２０００年自治区农机化工作的指导思想、任务目标和工作重点摘要刊登。
At a meeting on agricultural mechanization in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region held on January 14, 2000, Deputy Director Zhao Shuhua of the Agricultural Bureau of the Autonomous Region made a speech titled “Seizing Opportunities, Striving to Make Contributions and Making Greater Achievements”, reviewed the achievements made in the agricultural mechanization of autonomous regions in 1999 The remarkable achievements made in the work require that the cadres and workers in the front of the agricultural mechanization front in the whole region understand the situation clearly, grasp the opportunities and actively promote the development of the agricultural mechanization in the autonomous regions. We hereby announce the guiding ideology, mission objectives and priorities of the agricultural mechanization work in the autonomous region in 2000 as set out in our speech.
