目的:本文探讨口服氯化锰对大鼠肝脏脓肿模型(n=8只)靶向增强的可能性。材料与方法:按400μmolMnCl2/Kg灌服大鼠后2小时观察。结果:肝实质的强化率达71.2%,而脓肿区强化不明显(9.1%)。结论:初步认为口服氯化锰是一种潜在性的肝特异性造影剂。
Objective: This article explores the possibility of oral administration of manganese chloride in rat liver abscess model (n = 8) targeted enhancement. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two hours after oral administration of 400 μmol MnCl2 / Kg, rats were observed. Results: Liver parenchyma enhancement rate of 71.2%, while abscess area enhancement was not obvious (9.1%). Conclusion: Oral administration of manganese chloride is a potential initial liver-specific contrast agent.
