转向节在使用过程中易出现疲劳断裂现象。为提高转向节的疲劳寿命,本文提出了几种典型结构,并用光弹性应力分析法研究产生疲劳断裂区域的应力集中问题,提出设计转向节的几点建议。
Knuckle prone to fatigue fracture during use. In order to improve the fatigue life of the knuckle, several typical structures are proposed in this paper. The problem of stress concentration in the fatigue fracture area is studied by using the photoelastic stress analysis method. Some suggestions for designing the steering knuckle are put forward.
