只要采用“中周”谐振回路的电视机,大多数都会出现“中周”内附瓷管电容失效的现象,更换“中周”后,隔一段时间还会出现同样故障,此故障相当普遍。其主要原因是瓷管电容表面镀银层与空气接触,长期受侵蚀而发黑变质,实际维修中笔者采用以下两种方法来根除该故障。 1.对于不易购到原型号的“中周”来说,需小心拆下瓷管电容,待用数字表测定其电容值(或从资料中查阅)后,用电容值相近的CC型瓷介电容替代。替代电容可置于中周底座内,也可并接干线路板背面。这种电容耐侵蚀、损耗小、稳定性高,能满足长期工作的需要,
