以长江第八次洪峰通过湖北螺山后在宽阔的江面上逐渐消退为重要标志,继松花江、嫩江流域之后,长江流域的抗洪斗争已经取得决定性胜利。抗御今年的特大洪水,一方面靠800万军民严防死守,与大堤共存亡的顽强意志;另一方面也靠改革开放20年来逐渐积累起来的雄厚物质基础。截至8月底,国家防总共向三江抗洪前线调运了价值4.73亿元的抗洪物资。
After the eighth flood peak of the Yangtze River passed through Loess Hill in Hubei Province, it gradually dissipated on the broad river surface as an important symbol. After the Songhua River and Nenjiang River valleys, the fight against floods in the Yangtze River Basin has made a decisive victory. To resist this year’s extraordinary floods, on the one hand rely on the strong will of the eight million military and civilian personnel to guard against sticking to the ground and live together with the levee; on the other hand, it has also gradually built up a solid material foundation for the past 20 years of reform and opening up. As of the end of August, a total of 477 million yuan worth of anti-flood supplies were dispatched by the national defense to the Sanjiang flood-fighting front.
