奥氏体不锈钢在油气工程中应用十分广泛,但是对于含有H_2S、CO_2、Cl~-等腐蚀介质的工况,奥氏体不锈钢的使用受到了限制。本文通过高温高压H_2S、CO_2、Cl~-、S单质共存条件下的腐蚀试验,对304L、316、316L、310S及904L在不同腐蚀性介质组合、不同温度工况下的腐蚀行为进行了研究。研究表明,304L相对于其他四种材料,抗腐蚀能力较差,904L的抗腐蚀能力较强,并且受温度、H_2S/CO_2分压、Cl~-浓度及S含量等因素的影响较小。
Austenitic stainless steels are widely used in oil and gas engineering, but the use of austenitic stainless steels is limited for operating conditions including H 2 S, CO 2, Cl ~ - and other corrosive media. In this paper, the corrosion behavior of 304L, 316, 316L, 310S and 904L under different temperature and corrosive media combinations and different temperature conditions was studied by the corrosion test under the conditions of H_2S, CO_2, Cl ~ - and S single element coexistence. The results show that the corrosion resistance of 304L is lower than that of the other four materials, and the corrosion resistance of 904L is stronger than that of the other four materials. And the influence of temperature, H 2 S / CO 2 partial pressure, Cl ~ - concentration and S content is negligible.
