应用东菱精纯克栓酶治疗急性脑梗塞患者18例,近期疗效较低分子右旋糖酐加川芎嗪治疗同期同类患者的疗效明显提高。起效时间较快。与对照组比较,中位数分别为1.5和6d,总有效率分别为88.9％和50.0％。表明东菱精纯克栓酶治疗急性脑梗塞近期疗效较高,效果肯定。
Application Dongling Jing Ke thrombin enzyme treatment of acute cerebral infarction in 18 patients, the recent effect of low molecular dextran plus ligustrazine treatment of patients over the same period significantly improved the efficacy. The onset time is faster. Compared with the control group, the median was 1.5 and 6d, the total effective rate was 88.9% and 50.0%.
