烧结机点火器的不同结构型式和操作方式可按能量消耗,烧结矿产率和烧结矿质量进行评价。物理模型试验可得出每种点火器的气流流动与气体混合型态。数学模型用来描述包括烧结料层中各种化学反应在内的燃烧过程和热工过程。关于点火能量的局部传递和高温区燃烧带的形成发展过程,目前已经有了新的见解。在利用系数和料层厚度不变的条件下,对点火器中能量最佳利用问题,所得到的回答是不相同的。
Sintering machine igniter of different types and modes of operation can be energy consumption, sinter rate and sinter quality evaluation. Physical model tests can be obtained for each type of igniter airflow and gas mixture. Mathematical models are used to describe the combustion and thermal processes, including the various chemical reactions in the sinter bed. There have been new insights on the local transfer of ignition energy and the formation and development of combustion zones in high temperature zones. The answer to the best use of energy in an igniter is different under the condition that the coefficient of utilization and the thickness of the material layer are constant.
