随着我国城市化、工业化水平的不断提升,社会发展对于原油资源的需求量日渐提升。在这样的背景下,我国的石油产业获得长足的发展。目前,我国石油企业在原油开采的过程中主要借助抽油机进行作业,但由于抽油机构造不合理,进而导致其在运行的过程中消耗大量的电能,故而导致石油开采效益的降低。基于此,我国的石油行业在运行发展的过程中加强了对于抽油机节能性的提升。本文基于此,分析探讨提升抽油机电控装置节能的措施。
With the continuous urbanization and industrialization in our country, the demand of social development for crude oil resources is on the rise. In this context, China’s oil industry has made great strides. At present, the petroleum enterprises in our country mainly operate with the pumping unit during the process of crude oil exploitation. However, due to the unreasonable structure of the pumping unit, which leads to the consumption of a large amount of electric energy during the operation, the efficiency of petroleum exploitation is reduced. Based on this, the petroleum industry in our country has stepped up the energy-saving improvement of pumping units in the process of operation and development. Based on this, this paper analyzes and discusses the measures to improve the energy-saving of pumping units.
