农村金融工作由于点多面广,不便管理,经济案件时常发生。长阳土家族自治县是一个典型的山区县,该县农业银行、信用社担负着全县16个乡(镇)、438个村、3523个组的农村金融业务。近四年来,这个县就查处各类经济案件32件(人),涉及金额23万余元,其中,受到法津制裁的6人;受到党纪处分的5人;受到政纪处分的17人。仔细分析,山区经济案件的特点,大致表现在以下几个方面:一是点多面广,山大人稀,交通不便,信息不灵,检查监督跟不上。二是信用社比银行问题要多,越是基层,问题越多。三是纯粹的贪污较少,而以贷谋私,索贿受贿,吃回扣的多,利用
Due to the wide range of rural financial work, inconvenient to manage, economic cases occur frequently. Changyang Tujia Autonomous County is a typical mountainous county. The county’s Agricultural Bank and Credit Cooperatives are responsible for rural financial services in 16 townships (towns), 438 villages and 3523 groups throughout the county. In the past four years, the county has investigated and dealt with 32 cases of various types of economic cases involving more than 230,000 yuan, of whom 6 were legally sanctioned, 5 were punished by the party discipline, and 17 were punished by the government. Careful analysis of the characteristics of mountain economic cases, broadly manifested in the following areas: First, a wide range of points, mountains and thin, traffic inconvenience, information is not working, inspection and supervision can not keep up.
