以气雾化316L型奥氏体不锈钢粉末为原料,采用粉浆浇注法制备薄壁多孔不锈钢滤管,研究了粉浆制备过程中,母液成分、添加剂含量与配比、温度和pH值、粉末粒径、液固比等因素对粉浆流动性、浇注工艺性、生坯密度及烧结坯材过滤性能的影响。实验确定了最佳的粉浆配制方案:在蒸馏水中加入3%的聚乙烯醇、0.5%的藻肮酸钠,加热拌匀后缓冷至室温。将母液与不锈钢粉末混合后,加入适量(约0.5%)正辛醇除气,用滴定剂调节粉浆pH值至10,充分搅拌后得到均匀的悬浮粉浆。
The gas-atomized 316L austenitic stainless steel powder was used as raw material to prepare the thin-walled porous stainless steel filter tube by slurry casting method.
