目的评估非营养性吸吮联合排便刺激干预早产儿喂养不耐受的治疗效果。方法选择早产儿51例,分为干预组26例在常规治疗同时施加刺激排便及非营养性吸吮干预措施,对照组25例,用小剂量红霉素治疗。比较两组治疗后胃残留量、腹胀消失、恢复至出生体质量、喂养耐受、肠道营养达100 kCal/(kg.d)时间。结果干预组在胃残留量、腹胀消失时间明显优于对照组(P均<0.01),在恢复出生体质量、喂养耐受、肠道营养达100 kCal/(kg.d)时间优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论刺激排便及非营养性吸吮干预早产儿喂养不耐受效果显著,是治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的有效措施。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of non-nutritive sucking combined with defecation stimulation on the feeding intolerance in preterm infants. Methods 51 preterm infants were selected and divided into two groups: intervention group (n = 26), interventions of stimulating defecation and non-nutritive sucking simultaneously, and control group (n = 25) were treated with low dose of erythromycin. After treatment, the residual gastric volume and abdominal distension disappeared, and the body weight, feeding tolerance and intestinal nutrition reached 100 kCal / (kg.d). Results In the intervention group, the disappearance time of gastric residual and abdominal distension was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the time of restoring birth weight, feeding tolerance and intestinal nutrition to 100 kCal / (kg.d) was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Stimulation of defecation and non-nutritive sucking intervention in preterm infants have significant effect on feeding intolerance, which is an effective measure to prevent intolerance in premature infants.
