目的观察黎细胶囊对“寒饮射肺”症模型大鼠呼吸和血气指标的影响。方法将大鼠分为生理盐水组及高、中、低三个剂量组,各组分别灌胃给予生理盐水及不同剂量的药物,连续10 d。在第10 d灌胃后用7℃冷生理盐水做整肺灌洗,连续灌洗5次,造成“寒饮射肺”症模型。观察比较肺灌洗前后各组呼吸及血气指标,包括呼吸频率(RR)、潮气量(TV)、肺泡通气量(MV)及血氧分压(PaO2)、血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)、pH值。结果黎细胶囊各组可显著降低模型动物的RR,其值分别为(121.25±15.81)、(143.25±13.96)、(155.17±16.03)次/min(P=5.66×10 6,0.001 133,0.034);黎细胶囊高、中剂量组可显著提高模型动物的TV,其值分别为(0.48±0.08)、(0.45±0.13)mL(P=0.063 7,0.047 7);黎细胶囊高、中剂量组可显著提高模型动物的MV,其值分别为(55.80±9.58)、(55.01±8.32)mL/min(P=0.039 7,0.047 8);黎细胶囊各组可非常显著的提升模型动物的血浆pH值,其值分别为(7.20±0.06)、(7.18±0.04)、(6.56±0.08)kPa(P=0.005 95,0.001 36,2.39×10 11);黎细胶囊高、中剂量组可显著提高模型动物的PaO2其值分别为(10.82±1.01)、(10.06±1.02)kPa(P=5.6×10 4,0.035);黎细胶囊高、中剂量组可显著降低模型动物的PaCO2其值分别为(7.31±0.91)、(8.06±0.74)kPa(P=0.001 79,0.042);黎细胶囊高、中剂量组可非常显著提高模型动物的SpO2其值分别为(90.55±8.76)、(87.97±7.75)%(P=0.003 90,0.009 79)。结论黎细胶囊可显著改善“寒饮射肺”症模型大鼠的呼吸及血气指标,从而有效改善肺通气和换气功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Li Capsule on the respiration and blood gas indexes of rats with cold drink and lungs emulation. Methods The rats were divided into three groups: normal saline group and high, medium and low dose groups. Rats in each group were given normal saline and different doses of drugs orally for 10 consecutive days. On the 10th day after gavage, whole lung lavage was done with cold saline at 7 ℃ and lavage continuously for 5 times, resulting in a model of “cold drink and lungs” syndrome. The respiration and blood gas indexes were observed and compared before and after lung lavage, including respiratory rate (RR), tidal volume (TV), alveolar ventilation (MV) and PaO2, PaCO2, Oxygen saturation (SPO2), pH. Results The capsule of Leijiang Capsule significantly reduced the RR of the model animals, which were (121.25 ± 15.81), (143.25 ± 13.96) and (155.17 ± 16.03) times per minute respectively (P = 5.66 × 10 6,0.001 133,0.034 ). The capsule of high and medium doses of Li Capsule could significantly increase the TV of the model animals, which were (0.48 ± 0.08), (0.45 ± 0.13) mL (P = 0.063 7,0.047 7) The MV of the model animals significantly increased (55.80 ± 9.58) and (55.01 ± 8.32) mL / min, respectively (P = 0.039 7,0.047 8) (7.20 ± 0.06), (7.18 ± 0.04), (6.56 ± 0.08) kPa (P = 0.005 95,0.001 36,2.39 × 10 11), respectively. (10.82 ± 1.01) and (10.06 ± 1.02) kPa, respectively (P = 5.6 × 10 4,0.035). High and medium doses of Li Capsule could significantly decrease PaCO 2 of model animals (7.31 ± 0.91) and (8.06 ± 0.74) kPa respectively (P = 0.001 79,0.042). The values of SpO2 in model group were (90.55 ± 8.76) and (87.97 ± 7.75)% (P = 0.003 90,0.009 79). Conclusion Li Capsule can significantly improve the “cold drink lungs” syndrome of respiratory and blood gas indicators, thereby effectively improving pulmonary ventilation and ventilation.
