为明确山东省主要苹果产区苹果黄蚜的抗药性现状,测评了山东省12个苹果产区苹果黄蚜对顺式氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉、氧化乐果和啶虫脒的敏感性。结果表明,以费县苹果黄蚜种群对4种测定药剂较敏感,潍坊、福山、泰安、荣成等11个苹果黄蚜种群对顺式氯氰菊酯的抗性为8.7~128.6倍,对吡虫啉的抗性为2.7~72.0倍,对氧化乐果的抗性为10.8~155.7倍,对啶虫脒的抗性为1.2~18.6倍;虽然7个苹果黄蚜种群对吡虫啉产生17.4~72.0倍的抗性,但该药剂和啶虫脒的毒力仍然较高,仍是目前防治苹果黄蚜的高效药剂,应注意科学使用,以延缓抗性发生。
To determine the resistance status of apple aphids in the main apple producing areas in Shandong Province, the susceptibility of apple yellow aphids to cyhalothrin, imidacloprid, omethoate and acetamiprid in 12 apple producing areas in Shandong Province was evaluated. The results showed that the apple aphid populations in Yixian County were sensitive to 4 kinds of pesticides. The population of 11 apple aphid populations such as Weifang, Fukuyama, Taian and Rongcheng was 8.7 ~ 128.6 times more resistant to imidacloprid Was 2.7-72.0 folds, the resistance to omethoate was 10.8-155.7 times, and the resistance to acetamiprid was 1.2-18.6 times. Although seven apple aphid populations were resistant to imidacloprid by 17.4-72.0 times, However, the drug and acetamiprid are still high virulence, and are still the most effective pesticides for controlling yellow apple aphid. Scientific use should be made to delay the occurrence of resistance.
