引言信息产业部电信管理局局长苏金生日前表示:“阳光绿色网络工程”是信息产业部开展网络与信息安全管理、促进构建和谐网络环境的有效载体。下一步,将继续充实完善“阳光绿色网络工程”的内容,并把其作为今后1～2年网络信息安全管理的重点工作深入抓紧、抓好、抓实。启动有关反垃圾电子信息法的预研工作,为全面开展网络垃圾电子信息治理工作提供法律支撑。
