为深入探讨中国与国际公共采购法的重大理论与实务问题,借鉴发达国家的经验,推动我国政府采购法律制度的健康发展,由中央财经大学与中国法学会财税法研究会共同主办的“2008年公共采购国际论坛”于11月28日～29日在京召开。会议参与者包括国家部委、地方政府等相关方面的专家,高等院校、研究机构的学者,以及欧盟、美国等地区的公共采购法专家,他们从不同的学科领域和观察视角研讨当前我国及国际范围内公共采购改革的主要问题,使得此次论坛成为政府采购专家和实务工作者发表观点、切磋实务的交流平台。中国政府采购杂志社作为此次论坛的协办方,全程参会并在会后作了详实报道,目的是为广大政府采购工作者提供借鉴。报道所涉观点属口述人,不代表本刊立场。
In order to further explore the major theoretical and practical issues of China and the international public procurement law, learn from the experience of developed countries and promote the healthy development of the legal system of government procurement in our country, co-sponsored by the Central University of Finance and Economics and the Tax Law Institute of China Law Society International Public Procurement Forum "was held in Beijing on November 28-29. Participants include national ministries, local government and other relevant experts, institutions of higher learning, research institutions, scholars, as well as the EU, the United States and other areas of public procurement law experts from different disciplines and perspectives on the current study of our country and the international Within the framework of the major issues of public procurement reform, the Forum has become an exchange platform for government procurement experts and practitioners to express their views and exchange ideas on practical issues. As a co-organizer of this forum, China Government Procurement Magazine made a full report after the conference and its purpose was to provide reference for the general government procurement workers.
