[目的]分析慈溪市社区卫生服务机构日常运行中存在的问题,探讨对社区卫生服务机构的有效监管办法。[方法]以2007年度慈溪市社区卫生服务机构换发执业许可证和医疗机构量化分级工作为基础,调查全市社区卫生服务机构的运行存在的问题,分析其运行中监管存在的问题。[结果]社区卫生服务机构在运行中存在的问题比较普遍,主要是执业注册与从事的全科岗位不符、注册的地点与全科工作的地点不符。[结论]尽快完善相关法律法规,规范社区卫生机构的依法运行。
[Objective] To analyze the problems existing in the daily operation of community health service institutions in Cixi, and to explore the effective supervision and administration of community health service institutions. [Methods] Based on the renewal of practicing licenses and the quantitative grading of medical institutions in Cixi community health service institutions in 2007, the problems existing in the operation of community health service institutions in the whole city were investigated and the problems existing in the supervision during operation were analyzed. [Results] The problems existing in the operation of community health service institutions were relatively common, mainly because the practice registration did not conform to the general practitioner position engaged in and the place of registration was inconsistent with the place of general practice. [Conclusion] The relevant laws and regulations should be perfected as soon as possible, and the operation of community health institutions should be standardized.
