目的探究在老年心衰治疗的过程中使用中医真武强心汤配合西药治疗的疗效。方法对对照组和观察组患者分别采用西医治疗和中医真武强心汤配合西药治疗,两组患者共80例均为我院2013年2月~2016年2月间收治通过随机分组而得;两组均进行不同治疗后,对患者情况进行观察比较。结果两组患者的有效率进行比较,观察组明显较高,其中观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为77.5%,P<0.05,因而两组可比。结论中医真武强心汤配合西药治疗老年心衰的临床疗效良好,可以有效提高患者的治疗有效率,值得我们在临床中借鉴。
Objective To explore the efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine Zhenwu Jiangxin Decoction in combination with western medicine in the treatment of elderly heart failure. Methods The patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with Western medicine and Zhenwu Jiangxin Decoction combined with western medicine respectively. A total of 80 cases in both groups were treated by randomization in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016; After treatment, the patients were observed and compared. Results The two groups of patients were compared, the observation group was significantly higher, the total effective rate was 95.0% in the observation group, the control group, the total effective rate was 77.5%, P <0.05, so the two groups comparable. Conclusion TCM Zhenwuqiangxin Decoction with Western medicine treatment of elderly patients with heart failure has a good clinical curative effect, which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients, which is worth our reference in the clinic.
