目的 对医疗用品电离辐射消毒灭菌的临床应用 ,进行了系列研究。方法 用酶联免疫吸附法确定电离辐射杀灭乙肝病毒的效果 ;用物理性能试验 ,确定其对高分子材料的影响。结果 以钴 - 6 0为照射源 ,当剂量 2 0 k Gy时灭菌效果可靠 ,且不改变被消毒物 (包括镀铬金属、乳胶、聚丙烯等 )材料的理化结构 ,患者使用电离辐射消毒灭菌后的物品无不良反应。结论 进一步证明了离辐射消毒灭菌法是一种较为理想的消毒方法
Objective To study the clinical application of disinfection and sterilization of medical supplies by ionizing radiation. Methods The effect of ionizing radiation to kill hepatitis B virus (HBV) was determined by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The physical property test was used to determine its influence on the polymer materials. Results Cobalt - 60 as the irradiation source, when the dose of 20 k Gy sterilizing effect is reliable, and does not change the disinfectant (including chrome metal, latex, polypropylene, etc.) physical and chemical structure of the material, the patient disinfection with ionizing radiation Post-bacteria items without adverse reactions. The conclusion further proves that the method of disinfection and sterilization by radiation is an ideal disinfection method
